Massage Therapy Jonathan uses Remedial massage combined with Chinese and Japanese techniques to release muscle tension, increase blood circulation and ease pain. These massage treatments can be used to treat specific painful conditions and to relieve stress... leaving you deeply relaxed. Moxibustion Moxibustion is a warming technique in which a combination of Chinese herbs are burned and held near acupuncture points. The effect is to introduce a pleasant heat into the body which has a nourishing and energising action on your body's energy and its tissues. |

Gua Sha
In this treatment technique, the smooth edge of a specialised tool is rubbed over oiled skin. The pressure and friction created help to release muscle tension and breakup stagnation in areas where your energy or blood are not flowing correctly.
Cupping
Cupping is a specialised Chinese medical technique in which, the inside of a glass cup is warmed and placed on the skin to create suction. This technique releases areas where energy or blood circulation has become stagnant. Breaking up these stagnant areas relieves pain and has many other positive health effects.
